Panel Discussion: “India lies in you”
A Panel discussion involving personalities from various backgrounds will discuss ways and means to encourage innovation and methods to crystallize the ideas that can change India. Participants will be given an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion so that they feel empowered to make a difference in areas dear to them.

The institute has been ranked by Competition Success review as "Upcoming B-School in India" as per CSR-GHRDC B School Survey 2007 which included a survey of all the B-Schools in India.

Mr Kini, known for his people skills and for his customer centric approach, has managed both Indian and International companies in his career spanning over 28 years in the telecom and retail sector.
He is currently CEO of e5c, a management consultancy firm which focuses on strategic and organisational capacity building through a customer centric approach. He has been at the helm of the success stories of many brands in India including L’Oreal, Gillette and more recently as CEO of Bharti Airtel in South India.
His management philosophy “satisfied employees give satisfied customers” is seen in everything he does. He has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute and an Advanced Management Programme from CEDEP (INSEAD, Fontainbleu)
