whereby to convince others of the truthfulness of his lies.

Rules and Regulations:
- A maximum of 2 persons can participate in each entry
- There is no limit to the number of entries from any organization or institution.
However, a single participant cannot be a part of more than one entry.
- The competition will be
held on the day of the event and will have duration of
1 hour.
- Theme - Financial Crisis 2008, Vision of India Year 2015.
- Posters will measure between 18 and 24 inches high and 24 and 30 inches wide (no
larger).
- Only 3 Colours and its shades can be used.
- Participants can use a variety of mediums, including crayon, pencil and paint,
to express the theme.
- Posters must be the original design and creation of the participants.
- Participating teams are requested to submit a synopsis of the theme and concept
they will be depicting through on the day of the competition.
- Each poster will be judged on originality, artistic merit and expression of the
theme.
- Be sure the poster gives no information that identifies the team or institute.
- Confirmation of the entries for participation by contacting the organizers in
advance will be preferred. On the spot entries will also be accepted.
- Participants should be present at the venue one hour prior to the time scheduled
for the competition.
